In 2005, Pihsiang expanded its business to research and develop the innovative and proprietary production technology of the most environmental friendly C-coated Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery (PAT. C-LiFePO4). After 5-year development, Pihsiang has made a break-through to develop the cutting edge engineering process of fully automatic mass producing C-LiFePO4 battery cells with features of non-toxic, non-contaminating, non-explosive, no catching fire as collision, extra long cycle life and the most suitable for high output power application. In October 2008, Pihsiang presented couples of electric cars purely powered by its innovative battery technology (DOSBAS®) at Paris Auto Show.
